Payment

Reservations must be paid
in full 45 days prior to check in.

If reservations are made
within 20 days of the check in date, cash and travelers checks would
be expected in payment.

Reservations

Our minimum stay is 3 days. A
security deposit of $300, $500 for larger groups, is required to
confirm all reservations. This deposit is separate from the rent, and
will be returned approximately 10 days after you leave. Deducted from
the deposit will be the cleaning fee and any loss or damage to the
property that may occur during your stay.

Cancellations

The deposit will be
refundable on cancellations up to 60 days prior to check in. Refund of
the deposit will not be given after the 60-day period. After the
rental payment is made, it will be refunded, less a $40.00 service
charge, only if the unit can be rebooked.

Telephone
-
There is a toll restrictor on
the telephone. This means that you can make and receive local calls.
You will also receive long distance calls but a credit card is
required to call out.

Cleaning
Fee
-
The cleaning fee of $150.00
for groups of 1-4 and $200.00 for groups of 5 or more

will be deducted from your security deposit which is returned after
departure.

Checking
Out

If you would plan to leave by
10 A.M. and not arrive

until 4 P.M., we can manage
the transition among guests without problems.
